Wholesale availability

Are your bracelets silver? Will they fit me?

Bangle size comes approximately 70mm for adults, but can be easily adjusted to fit even small children. We can pre-size bangles to your need upon request, though it is very easy to do yourself at home, or as a child grows. If you would like your bracelet to be pre-adjusted please send us a message with wrist measurement or age of child (for approximate sizing). All bangles are lead free and nickel free and are made from zinc alloy metal. Our jump rings and charms may contain brass or stainless steel depending on the charms, but are also free of harmful lead and nickel. Gold and silver are terms to refer to the color. Neither our bracelets nor their components contain any precious metals or stones unless clearly specified.

Care instructions

With inexpensive jewelry, tarnish can always be a concern. We take the utmost care in inspecting each item before it goes out to ensure you have a beautiful handmade piece of jewelry and that you don't have to worry about the longevity of the piece. We do recommend to preserve the life of your bangles, to keep them in a jewelry box or some way to limit their exposure to oxygen. With a little care these pieces are designed to be beautiful for years to come. Should your jewelry become tarnished, put in a bowl with some warm water, salt and baking soda; that will clean the spots off without the hassle of hand-polishing.

Damaged or Defective Product

If your purchase has tarnished prematurely or you think you have received a defective product (such as a misprint or a charm has fallen off) Feel free to message us! We evaluate on a case by case basis but are typically happy to replace the item (when possible) if such an incident is reported within a reasonable time frame.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each order comes packaged in a gift box with bow. Orders with multiple items will be wrapped together to conserve waste. If you would like your items wrapped separately, please see add on listings for more detail

If you would like gift wrapping it is available at checkout for $5. Gift wrapping includes brown paper gift wrap, gift tags & holiday neutral frills in pinks & golds. Each is unique, like the gift inside. Will be packaged in one box.

When will my order ship?

All jewelry orders take 5-7 business days processing time before your order is ready to leave our shop. Supply orders process in 1-2 weeks, but routinely ship early. From there shipping time will depend on what mode of shipping you select at checkout.

My order says delivered but I did not receive it. What do I do? Will you refund/reship?

If your tracking says delivered, first off, check your property thoroughly. The package may be hidden or left with a neighbor. Next, call, or better visit your post office, they will be able to give you a clear idea of where your package is. Also if it has been stolen you will be able to report the theft and sign an affidavit there. Unfortunately, it is our shop policy that we do not refund or reship orders that are marked "Delivered" to the address provided by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for addressed provided to us incorrectly, postal theft, etc. Sometimes, even in these situations the package does "return to sender" and it make its way back to us. If that happens we will gladly refund or reship to the customer.

International Shipping

Although most international orders arrive in 3-4 weeks, I cannot control international postal departments or customs. All orders will be sent out from my shop in a timely fashion. The length of time it takes to reach you varies greatly depending on country, time of year, and items ordered. Please order items 4-6 weeks before you need them. On occasion items can take 8 weeks to arrive internationally. Any Custom's Taxes or VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. MKay Accessories is not responsible for packages lost by the post office or packages that are marked as "Delivered" but were not received.

Coupon and Sale FAQs

Bulk listings are already offered at a sizable discount and are not eligible for any additional coupon codes or sales offered by our shop.

Coupon codes must be used during checkout in order to participate in the deal or sale. We will not add it on to your purchase after the purchase is completed. Please contact us prior to finalizing your order if you have any questions or problems with a coupon code or sale.

Sale prices will only be honored for orders during the sale time frame. Any orders before or after the sale the price is as listed will not be eligible for the sale pricing.

Will I get my order by Christmas?

This is our most popular question this time of year!

We are so excited to be a part of your holiday gifting this year! It truly warms my heart to make with my hand so many different personalized pieces of jewelry that tell a unique story for your loved ones! In order to receive presents by December 25th we are suggesting the following order deadlines:

DECEMBER 16th- Deadline to place retail orders with First Class Shipping

DECEMBER 17th- Deadline to place retail orders with Priority Mail Shipping

DECEMBER 9th- Recommended Wholesale deadline for orders needing to be shipped by Retailer.

These deadlines are based on recommendations from the United States Postal Service with 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Extended shop turnaround time may change this timeline, so please check back in for updates.  We are happy to ship your gifts after these dates. We cannot guarantee shipping by ANY date as unexpected and uncontrollable post office delays may happen.

 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
